First Ascent | Sliver Star MTN. North Face
We decided to practice our mountain climbing skills on one of our local mountains to get a feel for when we will soon attempt to summit Mt. Hood. The decision was to climb the North face of the mountain summit which we had no idea what we would encounter. Everything started off fine, but got decently worse as we kept making our way further up. The slope of the North face of the summit was much steeper than we thought and it was defiantly a no fall zone. We still managed to get to the summit unharmed and enjoyed the rest of the day.
