I traveled to the mountains of Dagestan, the legendary land of warriors, to film the intense training of Russia’s top MMA fighters — Khabib Nurmagomedov, Islam Makhachev, Umar Nurmagomedov, and more.

For one month, they trained every single day in isolation — no distractions, just pure focus and discipline.
After the camp, I explored the capital Makhachkala, discovering the beauty and culture of Dagestan.
