Deep in the rainforests of Papua, Indonesia, I traveled for days — across flights, villages, and dense jungle — to reach the Korowai tribe, one of the most isolated communities on Earth.
The Korowai are known for their ancient way of life, tree houses built high above the forest floor, and a history of ritual cannibalism practiced decades ago — a tradition that is now almost extinct.
In this documentary, I lived with the Korowai, followed their daily life, hunting, survival in the jungle, and learned how modern government policies, religion, and civilization are slowly changing — and ending — their culture forever.
This is not a myth.
This is not a movie.
This is one of the last windows into a disappearing world.
