Jenkins pipeline to create AWS Node js environment with database.
This jenkins pipeline:
1. Creates an AWS environment every morning.
2. Deploys the node application
3. Restores the postgres database
4. Configure the load balancer and other network settings
5. Verify is publically available on registered domain
