22.5ml Elderflower liqueur
22.5ml Lemon juice
22.5ml Cointreau
1 Dash Absinthe
Garnish: Lemon peel
Method: Add all the ingredients into the shaker and shake with ice. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
