You need your own SecureInfo_A and LocalFriendCodeSeed_B for this
This will allow you to play online on the offical Nintendo Network servers.
Please note that doing this comes with the risk of getting banned. But given that its going to shutdown next year and Nintendo abandoned the Nintendo 3DS I personally doubt anything will happen.
