makeup & mindfulness | a makeup meditation for anxiety relief
This is something a little different for my channel, but I've had a bit of a rough 2024 so far, and I was inspired by a Mindfulness course I am taking through my company to combine my daily makeup routine with a mindfulness practice. I used ChatGPT to generate the original meditation script, edited it a bit and then recorded myself reading it so I could have a meditation to listen to in the morning.
