Spanish is my native language and I learned English as a child when I moved to the United States. I remained bilingual until high school where I learned Italian and French. Then in college I took courses to learn Portuguese, Catalan, Polish, & German. During college I also taught myself Romanian by listening to music and with help from native speakers. Since then I've also studied Latin, Dutch, Nahuatl and some Russian on my own.
