BG3 broken by glitches after hotfix 10
Hotfix 10 has completely broken act 3 for me (this is on GeForce now) - this is the Southspan of Wyrm's crossing with more glitches than Cyberpunk 2077 had at launch. Stuck NPCs, companions not following then running past you, NPCs randomly appearing - it's got it all!
