Well, Rustoleum has released a headlight kit that actually works! It is based on the idea that the damage from scratches refracts the light coming out of your headlights and makes them less bright.
There are videos that explain how to do similar processes,but they involve you buying various grit sandpaper and to do it all by hand. This new Rustoleum kit uses a drill bit and gives you all the sandpaper you need to do at least 2 cars.
