Mutual Mobile teamed up with Briggo to develop a new way to order coffee from their innovative network of coffee kiosks.
Briggo's coffee kiosks set themselves apart by using robots that grind coffee beans fresh for each order and personalize every brew for that individual customer. Briggo needed a mobile-Web-ordering app to allow that same level of personalization, that's where Mutual Mobile came in.
Once the user creates an account on Briggo.com, they can instantly order from the nearest Briggo kiosk from a list of their favorite brews or a new customized drink. When you see your username on the Briggo queue, your coffee is finished and you're ready to go, the coffee has already been paid for.
Mutual Mobile set out to not only create a clean, engaging interface for Briggo's customers, but to build an efficient middleware tool to control the kiosk's hardware. Mutual Mobile's sophisticated middleware is able to manage competing requests from all over the globe with ease.
By developing this as a mobile-Web app, Briggo was able to cut development costs and reach as many users as possible by being accessible on any tablet or smartphone. Together, Briggo and Mutual Mobile are creating a new kind of ordering experience.
