The Best Katsudon in Tokyo! 🇯🇵
one of our favorite dishes in Tokyo this trip was this $11 katsudon — a crispy fried pork chop served over fluffy egg and rice!
the tonkatsu comes fresh out the fryer and is perfectly juicy and crispy. the egg and rice texture serve as a perfect balance to that, and the sweet + savory sauce ties it all together. don’t forget to add an ice cold beer to wash it all down. 😉🍻
