Internal Condoms (sometimes referred to as "female" condoms" are latex barriers that can be inserted into the vagina or anus to reduce the risk of STIs and pregnancy.

Like external condoms, internal condoms are relatively easy to use, but it does take a little bit of practice. That's why I'm showing you step by step how to open, insert and remove an internal condom.
