Vick thought to be very special.
If asked, why Architect?
Vick says it isn't what the average person may think,
He explains,foremost, this project absolutely has nothing to do with anyone person or anyone thing.
Vick says it is quite the opposite,It is a collective of mind body and spirit. Always a great thing!
Although this project was spearheaded by Mr. Lavender as well as arranged & produced,it by no means was a solo project.
Hence, the LP title "Architect" ( It was like building this huge Chicago landmark from the ground up ), with the help of some of the best builders in the city.
Vick relates this LP touched on various styles of music, trying to give consumer something different
Of course you have that vintage Vick Lavender signature soulful sound with "The real thing feat RJ Green
In true Sophisticado way,there is the abstract new jazz/fusion trip "Motion Sick Ness"as well as the
signature Lavender heritage sound "Havana" and that's just a small window into this world of creative imagination.
