Adam's Apps: Timer
Well, for all of you people frusterated with the lack of a stopwatch program in XP, here you go.
Mainly aimed at Youtube movie makers, it tells you if you go above your chosen time, keeps accurate time in Minutes and Seconds, and supports Pause, for thouse using Hypercam or a similar app.
