Do this next time you buy lemons 🍋
Stop letting your lemons rot on the counter, and do this next time instead!
As soon as you get them home, wash them, dry them and zest them all. Zest can be stored in the freezer for months! Then once all the lemons are juiced, add that juice into ice cube trays and freeze it as well. It can be defrosted any time to add into salad dressing, soup, smoothies, baking recipes or even just in your morning hot water. Enjoy!
