Xbox: LT + LB + B
Switch: ZL + L + A
You do it by tapping those buttons all together when the ⚽ is in air close to player's knees. It's a hard to do flair shot for beginners, but for experienced players it's actually quite easy. Everything seen in these examples work similarly in any EA Sports FIFA, and the new EA FC 24 game.
