Boiled water - 1,5 l + more for topping up
Cucumber - 4 pcs (~400 g)
Dill - a small bunch
Scallions - a small bunch
Freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1,5 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Salt - 2 tsp or to taste
Quail egg - 12 pcs
Sour cream - to taste
