Tester communities are something special. Community is essential for becoming better testers and colleagues. This talk will focus on the importance of community, some ways to participate in communities to become better tester, and how to build stronger communities.
Speaker:
Hannah Neil is the OSS Community Manager for NGINX. She fell in love with managing developer communities at Postman, after discovering her passion for supporting developers in their API use at Kong. Hannah has also served as a community director for an immersive art community and volunteers her time to manage digital communications for a women's alternative community nonprofit. She believes that diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is crucial for a genuine community. Hannah holds a B.A. in political science from the University of California, Davis.
