A recipe for a thick frosting for leveling a cake WITHOUT cream cheese. If you're a staunch opponent of buttercream, this one definitely won't work for you, as the butter flavor is definitely present, albeit subtly.
The frosting portion is enough to level a 16-18 cm cake, or a short 20 cm cake, with a thin layer. The amount of frosting used always depends on the cake, how flat it is, how tall it is, etc.
