How to Clean and Reuse a Shop Vac Filter (Craftsman) Step by Step | Yeah Pete
This is the simple method I use to clean and reuse my Craftsman shop vac and filter:
Unplug and carefully remove lid.
Put a garbage bag over the top.
Dump out contents into a contractor bag.
Put a bolt through hole on bottom of filter.
Attach bolt to a drill.
Spin it to win it!
You may have to beat it with a soft stick a few times.
