I visited My older brother Owen (Joshua)
and my new sister in Christ Mary for their wedding and for their baptism in the Coptic Church. I remember the first time going to an Orthodox Church when Joshua took me to a Coptic Church nearby during nativity season.
it felt so amazing and unique from anything i had seen before. It solidified my love and confidence in the Orthodox Christian faith the moment i sat down for service. The wedding Joshua and Mary had was amazing, i gave them my prayers and participated in the Orthodox Wedding ceremony. We spend so much time in Church it was awesome. And i picked up this little booklet thingy that has all kinds of info and wisdom on the Coptic faith from the Bible. This video i just talk about a couple verses i liked about the incarnation. Truly He has risen!
Christ took on flesh for our sake and i thank God every day for that as well as everything;
the “good” and “bad”. Everything is under Gods permission and He Himself being perfect made us in Their own image. How blessed are we to be built in the framework that allows us to be perfect. Allowing us to complete theosis, reject all temptation, fast, pray, attend traditional worship with our neighbors on sunday and many more amazing wonders of the LORD that He Himself permits us to do in this lifetime. amazing and truly wonderful, perfect is the LORD our GOD with all of His grace and love.
