Pump + room thermostat = ?
A room thermostat is a simple solution for controlling room temperature. However, when connecting a pump through a room thermostat with a power supply interrupted, it's important to consider the number of times the pump will cycle on and off.
How safe is it for a modern pump with a frequency converter to operate in on-off mode? How many cycles per hour are acceptable, and how many could lead to equipment failure?
