We will discuss the NULLIF function. This function returns NULL if two specified expressions are equal; otherwise, it returns the first expression. It is useful for avoiding division by zero errors.
For example, if a column contains the value '2004' and you want to replace it with NULL, the NULLIF function can do this. In a table with Employee ID and Sales columns, using NULLIF can replace '001' in the Employee ID column with NULL.
This video explains how to implement such requirements using the NULLIF function. Thank you for watching Educate Cube. Please like, share, and subscribe to our channel, and press the bell icon for the latest updates. Follow us on social media.
