Jack starts the show with Constantine Moschonas, UBC graduate who recently excaped strife-torn Grenada, where he was attending St. Georges Medical School. Then Jack speaks with Kim Campbell, Chairman, Vancouver School Board; and Pauline Weinstein, Trustee, Vancouver School Board. They discuss recent cuts to education; possible firing of teachers to make those cuts; arbitration; increase of teacher to pupil ratio; Bill 3; the threat of people removing their children from the public system in favour of private school. Jack opens the phone lines.
To close the show, Jack speaks with Duk, Marlene, and Kai Nguyen who travelled all over the world and visited more than 100 countries with their small son, Kai, now a teenager.
