În fiecare an din luna Mai și până în Noiembrie, pășunile verzi ale panteonului servesc că și adăpost și hrană unei ciurde de vaci. Având o expunere sudică, soarele mângâie de la răsărit și până la apus acest loc. Văcuțele fericite și vițeii lor, trăiesc această perioada singure, fără ciurdar, fără garduri și pot zburdă fără griji după bunul lor plac. Iarbă grasă și multitudinea de izvoare din acest zona fac viață lor una sănătoasă și echilibrată. Când vezi aceste condiții, te trece un gând, oare cine nu ar vrea, măcar o zi, să experimenteze viață lor...

Every year from May to November, the green pastures of the Pantheon, serve as foraging grounds and shelter for a cow herd. Being on the south part exposed of the sun, these pastures are always covered in a gentle and warm light . The happy cows and their young live here in this period of time , like no other cows, undisturbed by a human caretaker and constricted by no fence, they can roam free. They have the hills surrounding as their playing grounds and healthy and nourishing green grass as their food supply. Also the spring plays a vital role here, is fresh and unpolluted and gives the cows much equilibrium and health. With these conditions here, who wouldn't want to be just for a day, one of them.
