I did a version of this video shortly after I lost Maureen. I could have given it a better title then. Most of the pictures were from the last Summer and Fall we had together. The graphic’s I created reflected how much I saw Maureen in everything. I also felt she was, somehow, watching over me. I noticed that the cats would often react and run to different parts in the house as if they could see her or knew she was there. It is now just Ruari and I remaining. I lost Fred and Finnegan with in 6 weeks of each other last year. They are with their mommy now. The last thing Maureen said to me when I left her in the hospital was, send her a picture of the kitties. Lately I have been trying to show the format Maureen and I used when we made videos. We put together the pictures, then I would write the music as I watched them. This is why you are seeing a different format of the same video. I also only try to use one keyboard and one or two guitars. I usually have a half dozen instruments, but it crowds the video. I am no great musician, but I do think this is a very healthy way to channel energy into something positive. All life is tragedy in some ways. We must hold on to the good things and remember them at the end.
