Let's Go Foraging: Is It a Weed or is it Food?
This video is inspired by a workshop we attended today on foraging by Joseph Hosey and Nikki Kelly. We really enjoyed networking and learning from people in our area. This video is to inspire you to learn more about what is available to you locally, from plant-life to people. Many of the "weeds" in our garden have more nutritional value to us that the vegetables we plant.
