This is a scene from the 1997 movie "Mortal Kombat: Annihilation".
It is the scene where Cyrax intrudes the SpecOps facility, where Jax got his cybernetic arms, and confronts Jax and Sonya.
There are 2 songs during this scene:

The songs in the movie are an altered version of those on the CD.
However: Thapoetikal1 has attempted to make a more "movie-accurate" version of "Two Telephone calls and an Air Raid"

I originally brought this clip to YouTube, because I really wanted to see this one scene again, and I could not find it anywhere, and reckoned it might be the same for others. Looking at the sheer amount of views this video has amassed over time, I guess I was correct.
