In this video I'm taking a closer look at my workflow for working with AVCHD video files after shooting with a Canon VIXIA HF100 camcorder. A lot of older high definition camcorders record MTS streams inside a package or wrapper called AVCHD. It can be tricky to both manage your media files AND import into Final Cut Pro in the most optimal way, so this in-depth walkthrough of my workflow should help you to better understand how to work with these video files.
