#5 - 04:23 - Janitor's Office - If the door isn't present, you need to progress the story.

#7 - 06:30 - Black Rock Quarry - Levitate from the top of the power plant location #6 OR warp to Black Rock Quarry
#8 - 08:46 - Black Rock Quarry - I got this one during my main story by accident, so there's no pop up, but it's down here. Watch out for the two enemies at the bottom
#9 - 09:27 - Maintenance Sector Access Corridor - Accessible by Sector Elevator in Central Executive
Research:
#10 - 10:08 - Central Research - If you've completed all of Dr Underhill's quests, you'll have gotten this one already. If you have it, but you haven't completed it, there will most likely be an enemy in here.
#11 - 10:25 - Central Research - Directly across from #10, the moldy room in the back will have multiple enemies if you haven't completed Dr Underhill's quest line.
#12 - 11:09 - Central Research - This is the trickiest one in this area, so from 11:28 you'll see how I got there from the control point, including my all too close encounter with a Hiss Distorted. I may have screamed.
#13 - 12:55 - Active Threshold
#14 - 13:23 - Active Threshold - Across from the Control Point, in the Restroom. Look up at the ceiling and jump through the opening.

#16 - 14:58 - Transit Corridor - Found this one by accident during my main story as well, but this is the room you need.
#17 - 15:21 - Upper Panopticon
#18 - 16:36 - Upper Panopticon - Same location as the Benicoff TV encounter
#19 - 18:15 - Panopticon - Go back through the door toward Security
