Getting comfortable with Framer's interface is the first step to building professional websites without code. This lesson walks you through the four main parts of the workspace: the toolbar, sidebars, and canvas. You'll learn keyboard shortcuts, where to find essential tools, and how to navigate like a pro.
The toolbar gives you quick access to inserting elements, managing your CMS, and publishing your site. The left sidebar switches between Pages, Layers, and Assets panels. The right sidebar shows contextual properties that change based on what you've selected. And the canvas is where all your design work happens, complete with zoom controls and collaboration features.
