Resolution 800x600(4:3) or any of the (4:3) settings on full screen ratio (not aspect cauz they hab black bars on the side) Anything else is your choice.. record at 30fps minimum....
This is specifically for AVASEA only due to prizes being in @cash... As long as u play AVASEA u can participate i dont care if u are from the the moon, mars, :)...
