Girls Day Out in Tokyo Japan | Ikebukuro Onsen & Animate
I met up with Kelly, Gretchen and Aki to have a girls day in Tokyo, Japan! We went to a Japanese Onsen (that allows tattoos) in Ikebukuro, played some claw machine games on Otome Road and went into the huge Animate store.
I am excited to find an Onsen in Tokyo! There are many Sentos in Tokyo but very few Onsens! A Sento is a public bath while an Onsen is a natural hot spring that comes from deep in the ground. The Ikebukuro Onsen in Tokyo allows tattoos. Tattoos are still not allowed in most Onsens around Japan but there are a few that do allow them in Tokyo.
Japan is the most exciting and culturally different place I have ever been to. It has so much to offer! I hope you can follow my journey and we can explore this incredible place together!
