How To Approve a Form in a 2 Step Approval Workflow
For the final step of the 2-step approval workflow, the Approver must login with a valid user ID and submit their review.
Once the Approver is logged into formsflow.ai, they will have access to a dashboard similar to the Clerk. They can see on the left hand side the tasks that are available for review. Once they click on a task, the application will appear in front of them but greyed out.
Upon claiming the form, the Approver can fill the form and submit the review with feedback. The Approver is the final step of the 2-Step approval process, and upon their approval, the application form has been processed.
The Approver can then access analytics dashboards that can display qualitative data pulled from the form, or quantitative data about the form submissions. Data such as how many submissions are in the system, or how many types of an applicant there are and more can be configured and displayed here.
