This will work ONLY on Nvidia cards, will not work on Intel GPUs or AMD. Your processor doesn't matter. Only your graphics card does.
Here's a tip if you're having trouble doing this: If the program is not within the list by default, it matters because if it is not within the list you cannot change any antialiasing settings . To put it on the list you have to click the 'Add' button and locate the Dolphin process. (Posted by / zalafinari )
To do this:
Close dolphin emulator completely, and stop any games that you had running. Go to your desktop, and right click on any open spot. Click Nvidia control panel. If it doesn't show up, try searching for "Nvidia control panel" (NOT GeForce Experience) and clicking it, or reinstalling your GFX drivers. Then, click 3D settings, program settings, and choose Dolphin Emulator (dolphin.exe) from the list. Scroll down until you find Antialiasing - Mode. set that to off, click apply, then close the control panel. Then, open dolphin, and open a game to test that it works. Now, you can click graphics and upscale or whatever, and then it should work fine.
