This is Afaan Ali 14 years old male child presented to us with cheif complaints of Lock jaw,Neck stiffness and fever from last 3 days.
we do CSF R/E of the patient but CSF R/E was normal.We are more suspected it as a case of Spinal injury or vit E deficiency.Brudzinski sign is positive because there is flexion of hip and knee joint with flexion of Neck.Tenderness is also positive in neck.
