Regarding Performance:
You may have noticed some minor, split-second freezes in the gameplay. This is not an FPS drop from GPU or CPU. It's simply because the game is installed on a traditional Hard Drive (HDD), and these stutters occur when the game streams and loads new parts of the open world. Other than these loading hitches, the game runs perfectly smoothly.
