Mutant Storm Empire -- World 2 Level 1 (Black Belt)
To score big points on this level, you need to get to the last room as fast as you can. I always had a bit of trouble with this level, but I was able to get to the last room a little faster with some practice. Some of those shortcuts are in this video.
