AVID Studio - Cannot activate MPEG-2

Contact AVID Support (I used live-chat) and they will provide you with a serial that activates MPEG-2.

Trying to export to DVD. AVID Studio tells me I need to buy and activate codec MPEG-2. But there's no option to select and buy codec.
Cannot find anything on AVID homepage to buy codec.
Anybody else has this problem?
