Quite often sound levels in video audio tracks can vary. Sometimes the sound is too quiet - whilst in later parts it may become too loud. Fixing audio in Premiere Pro so it becomes more uniform is called 'Normalising Audio'. Basically, Premiere will increase or decrease the volume throughout the audio based on a level you set.
