Using Ultra Key in Premiere Pro
The Premiere Pro Ultra Key effect enables you to make any colour in an image transparent, with the ability to refine the result. Green is a commonly used colour for this purpose. You can view the Composite Image, Alpha Channel, or Color Channel of the applied Ultra Key effect through the Output menu.
