Online martial arts course, introducting the Chongmukwan system. At Chongmukwan we teach hankimuye, which is a system based on hapkido and hankido. In this lesson we introduce our basic strikes. Hankimuye teaches a modern striking style with jab, cross, hook and uppercut.
