Title of Question: stuck in repair loop
The Question: toshiba satellite laptop. windows 8. started downloading updates including 8.1. when i turn on my computer now it goes through repairing and then diagnosing, and says cannot repair laptop..i have been through all advanced options, restore , refresh etc...nothing will work. please help
