Como resolver el error CE-30002-5 EN el PS4, PS4 PRO
1) apaga la consola y espera que esté completamente apagado.
2) presiona el botón de encendido y mantenlo sostenido hasta que escuches un sonido.
3) Mira la pantalla y verás el safe mode conecta el cable usb en tu control luego presiona el botón ps
4) luego selecciona número 3 que dice update system software si vas a utilizar usb, Disc, interne......Yo te recomiendo internet es más rápido

Si vas a utilizar tu USB necesitas utilizar tu computadora y crear un folder qué le tienes que poner el nombre PS4 luego que has creado ese folder tienes que abrir el folder PS4... y creas Otro folder que le tienes que escribir UPDATE...... cuando hayas creado esos dos folders tienes que ir a la internet del Playstation https://www.playstation.com/en-us/sup... tienes que descargar la version 5.55.... cuando lo hayas descargado abre el folder de UPDATE y copia la version 5.55 en ese folder de UPDATE...... y cuando lo hayas copiado ahora lo puedes utilizar... Espero que te funcione...... Es mejor que lo agas por la interne es mas facil......
