A Hidden Paradise: Sea Fishing Behind The Power Station
Newport Sea Fishing on the Mouth of the River Usk behind the Power Station, not too far from Newport Wetlands. The Usk River is known for its Brown Trout, Sea Trout and Salmon Fishing but the tidal stretch, particularly where it joins the Severn Estuary, can produce Bass, Conger Eel, Thornback Ray, Mullet, Whiting, Cod and more.
