In this video, I go through the basic steps of making cornhole boards. This is a lightweight design and is very easy to make with basic power tools.
I built 12 total cornholes and gave most of them out as Christmas gifts. In this build, I use 1x4 common boards instead of the usual 2x4s. For the top, I used 1/2" sanded plywood. This makes them lightweight and gives them a much more cleaner look. I also used pocket holes and brad nails so there are no visible screw / nail holes.
