Bole Na Chilem Go Peyari
Poet: Sarat | Performer: Parvathy Baul
Music : Traditional / Dinendra Chowdhury

A song dedicated to the love of Radha to Sri Krishna

Translation
Oh Peyari, haven’t I told you before
Do not fall in love,
I tried to make you realize
But you did not listen,
Now look at you…..
Left with nothing
But tears in your eyes
And you keep on wondering…. Waiting
He lives in the wild,
He keeps cows
The dark one
You love
What will the cowherd know
The mysteries of a young woman’s heart?
Sarat says, everyone knows
Love gives pain,
Even then
How many would you find
Not in love?
