I Capture Creepy Video of "Ghost Swing" Moving in Playground
I was outside with my family. It was cloudy but there was no any wind. Suddenly, one of the swing on the nearby playground started to swing. I grabbed my phone and filmed that. Anyone saw something like this ? Is there any explanation for this ?
