Soulweaver Warlock Healer Build for Neverwinter M27. Stats are capped with Watermelon Sorbet, Wild Storm and Flask of Potency+1.
in the video, im made a mistake, I have my stat points in WISDOM and CHARISMA but if you wanna cap crit severity with the exact gear that im using change CHA to DEXTERITY. Alternatively, you can always remove one of debuffs ( set, ring, comp enhancement)
